Our Return Policy
We have a limited number of each swoon-worthy style featured online and because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange. Luckily, Our Stylists feel your pain and love the clothes just as much as you do, so they’ll issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card sent via email as soon as possible! If the right size in the right style is available, you can use your shiny new gift card to snatch it right up!
At Grigsby's Boutique, we want your shopping experience to be the absolute best! We hope you love each item you ordered, but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible to keep you from pulling your hair out. (Trust us, we've been there!) Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item, were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order so we can get that mishap taken care of for you!
Here's a quick rundown of our return policy:
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
- Items are eligible for return only if it is:
- un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and has the original tags still attached.
- free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.
- it is received within 14 days of the ship date.
If your return does not meet all of the above criteria, please do NOT attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs.
- ALL JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL and are not eligible for return.
- Any item purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Be sure to fill out and include your return form in the box with your return.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
To return an item:
All we need you to do is fill out the return form included with your order (or download it HERE) and slip it into the package with your original receipt and the item you are returning. We’ll take it from there! Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or mishandled in the return process. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.
Once our favorite postman drops your return off at our warehouse, Our Team will unpack it and put all of your information into the system as quickly as they can! Even though they’re the fastest returns gals we’ve ever seen, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your gift card to be issued via email. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order – we cannot change this! (We promise, we have tried!)
Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. If you would like to change the size of an item, feel free to contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 325-949-0610.
Gift Cards (Store Credit)
Oh, store credit. That beautiful little thing that allows you to be the proud owner of fabulous pieces that’ll have everyone you encounter asking "who's that girl?!" Here are a few things to remember about your store credit issued in the form of a gift card and sent via email. If we missed anything just drop us a line at email@example.com!
- If you have your eye on that must-have maxi and it’s a little more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout. Pssst… it’s totally worth it!
- Gift cards never expire, but we doubt you’ll hold onto it for very long!
- Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our terms and conditions.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! The Grigsby Girls are always trying to beat their records, which means they pack and ship orders fast! Once they initially process your order in the warehouse (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed
Have you ever had that moment when you’ve just submitted your order and you see a top that makes your heart stop? Well, we have. Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. But take heart, sweetheart! Place a new order for that can’t miss item and, if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include both order numbers in your message.

We urge you to please take extra caution when opening your packages as we can't be held responsible for any damages that may occur once the product(s) leaves our store. We do reserve the right to refuse any returns that we feel are not compliant with our policies. All merchandise is inspected before it is shipped.
