Return Policy

At Grigsbys Boutique, our biggest goal is to serve our loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you have received a defective item, were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order so we can make the correction to your order.

Here are the rules and procedures for returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only. We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 14 days of the date that we ship out your order.
  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and un-worn.
  • Include your return form and original receipt. 
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the SAME item but in a different SIZE! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on the back of the return form. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as in-store credit. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.

Often ordering things online can be a gamble, because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!

Hassle-Free Returns

We’ve worked really hard to try and make the returns process as simple as we can. Please note the  process below:

Please fill out the return form included with your order with your original receipt and the item you are returning. Original shipping costs is non-refundable.

Once we receive your return off at our warehouse, our team will process it as quickly as they can! Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your credit to be issued. 

Store Credit

Below are a few things to remember about your store credit. If we missed anything just drop us a line at grigsbysboutique@gmail.com!

  • If you would like to purchase an item a little more than your in-store credit, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout. 
  • In-store credit does not ever expire!
  • Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help.  Please contact us immediately! Once our team processes your order in the warehouse (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.

Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed

Contact us immediately if you would like to add an item to your order.   We may be able to add the item to your existing order, if our team has not already processed it (usually within 2-4 hours). We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If you miss that window, place a new order if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, we will do our best to ship it out with your first order.
